Returns Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
What we can take back
- We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
- Report it within 3 days of delivery to hola@papasitocigars.com, including photos of the item and its packaging. You do not need to send anything back unless we ask.
What we cannot take back
- We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
- For health and legal reasons, cigars and opened tobacco products cannot be returned or exchanged.
