When you shop, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number. If you create an account, we also keep your order history. We do not store your card or bank details.
How we use data
We use your data to process orders, deliver products, answer questions, and meet legal obligations such as record-keeping for excise-stamped tobacco sales. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Payments
Payments are processed by Xendit, a licensed payment provider in Indonesia. Your payment details go directly to Xendit over an encrypted connection and are subject to Xendit's privacy policy.
Shipping
We share your name, address, and phone number with the courier only for the purpose of delivering your order.
Cookies
This site uses functional cookies for the shopping cart, language preference, and age verification. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Age limit
Tobacco products are for ages 21 and over only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
Data retention
Order data is kept for as long as tax and bookkeeping obligations require, then deleted or anonymised.
