Shipping Policy
We deliver across Indonesia. Every order ships directly from our office in Bali.
Delivery and couriers
- We use trusted couriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, and others) based on your destination.
- Estimated arrival: 1 to 3 working days within Bali, 2 to 5 working days to other major cities, and up to 7 working days for remote areas.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Tobacco products (cigars)
- Cigars are sold only to customers aged 21 and over.
- When delivering cigars, the courier may ask for ID to confirm the recipient’s age.
- We do not ship tobacco products outside Indonesia.
