Where do you ship?
This store serves all of Indonesia. Every order ships from our office in Bali. For merchandise outside Indonesia, visit our global store at shop.papasitocigars.com.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, then shipped with trusted couriers like JNE, J&T, or SiCepat. Estimated arrival: 1 to 3 business days for Bali and major cities in Java, 3 to 7 business days elsewhere. Full details are on the Shipping.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free if your order includes any merchandise, or 10 or more cigars (pack sizes can be mixed). Otherwise, shipping is a flat Rp 40.000 anywhere in Indonesia.
What payment methods are available?
Payments are processed securely through Xendit. You can use bank transfer (virtual accounts for BCA, Mandiri, BRI, and others), e-wallets like OVO, GoPay, and DANA, QRIS, credit or debit cards, and Alfamart or Indomaret counters. All prices are in Rupiah.
What is the age requirement to buy?
21 years old. We ask your age when you enter the site and again at checkout. The courier may also ask for ID when your order is delivered.
Are your cigars legal and excise-stamped?
Yes. Every pack carries the official excise stamp of the Republic of Indonesia, and we sell in line with the regulations that apply to tobacco products.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns only apply to products that arrive damaged or were sent in error. Email us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the product. Opened tobacco products cannot be returned. Details are on the Returns.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the package is handed to the courier, and you can track it directly on the courier's site.
How should I store cigars in the Indonesian climate?
Keep them somewhere cool and stably humid, ideally around 16 to 21 degrees with 65 to 72% humidity. A humidor is best, but an airtight container with a humidity pack works too. We wrote a full guide in the Journal.
Do you supply wholesale?
Yes, we work with hotels, restaurants, lounges, and resellers. Email hola@papasitocigars.com with an estimate of what you need.
